Organic wine with an intense violet-red colour and aromas of ripe red and blackberries. In the palate the wine is silky with soft and velvety tannins. Its lasting notes of cherries and blackberries, vanilla and chocolate give this wine a long finish.
Pair with big, bold, full-flavoured foods like steak or burger with blue cheese butter, creamy mushroom sides or main dishes and the like. When pairing with cheese, go bold and pungent (see earlier reference to blue cheese).
