A pretty pale golden, yellow in colour rippling with fine, persistent bubbles. Bright, luminous and clear. The nose evokes happiness - a lively alliance of delicious floral and fruity notes, of acacia, hawthorn, peach, pear and apricot. The palate is pleasant and fresh with a nice balance between acidity and maturity. We find the fruitiness that seduced us so much on the nose, enhanced with fine toasted and spicy notes.
