Fun fact: The Bobal grape contains higher than average quantities of resveratrol, a polyphenol that has antioxidant properties. This is made from grapes from the oldest vineyards of Bobal de la Bodega, grown at an altitude of more than 900 meters.
Fun fact #2: Although few people know of Bobal, it's actually the 2nd most planted red wine varietal in Spain.
