Intense ruby marked by some brown shades. On the nose, you discover aromas of ripe red fruit, and after some age on it, animal notes appear. On the palate, this wine seduces with its frank and elegant personality. Solid tannins that melt together with time. The acidity on this wine guarantees its longevity and the surprise that rewards patience.
Young, this wine goes very well with any roasted meats and poultry (duck breast, leg of lamb, roasted beef) and of course the traditional cheeses. After a few years, it will accompanies, successfully, all simmered and cooked meats, game birds and generally great traditional Burgundian food.
